SITE SET · RHODE ISLAND, USA

Privacy notice

This notice explains how Site Set handles information from this website, demo requests and related private demo access. Site Set serves businesses in the United States.

Last updated September 14, 2026.

Who is responsible

Site Set, based in Rhode Island, is responsible for the information described here. You can contact us about privacy using the address at the end of this notice.

When you request a demo

We collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, line of work and the page from which you sent the request. We use these details to respond, arrange a conversation and understand what you are interested in.

Your request is stored in a restricted contact-request database for authorized administrators to review. We also keep the request’s submission time, status and relevant follow-up information. Raw IP addresses are not stored in this intake database.

Website activity

We use first-party website measurement to count page views and key clicks, such as opening a service page or requesting a demo. This helps us understand which parts of the website are useful.

On your device, a random visit identifier is kept only in the current browser tab’s memory. It is sent with activity signals, is not an account identifier and does not follow you across websites. Activity signals let us count a visit as active when a signal was received within the last 90 seconds. We do not record form contents, replay browsing sessions or store raw IP addresses in marketing analytics.

We do not use analytics cookies, sell personal information or use personal information for targeted advertising. We do not link the visit identifier to your demo contact details.

Security information and cookies

To limit automated abuse, our public request handling uses a short-lived hashed value derived from an IP address. This is separate from the marketing analytics and contact-request records.

Private demo and administrator access use an authentication cookie. A private session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The private demo’s security records include raw IP addresses and login attempts, with limits on how many records are retained. These are security records, not marketing analytics.

Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and other connection information in their access or security logs when delivering this website.

Who may receive information

Authorized Site Set administrators use demo details to respond to you. Service providers that host the website or support business email may process information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the security of the service.

We do not sell demo requests or visitor information to advertisers or data brokers.

How long information is kept

  • Unanswered or closed demo requests are removed after 365 days. When a request becomes an ongoing business relationship, relevant information is kept for as long as it is needed for that relationship or a legal obligation.
  • Detailed marketing visit records expire after 24 hours and are removed during routine cleanup. Aggregate page-view and click counts expire after 90 days.
  • Abuse-prevention hashes are short-lived. Private-login security records have count-based limits rather than the marketing analytics retention periods.
  • Deleted records may remain in restricted backup copies until those backups rotate out, normally within 14 days. Hosting access and security logs are managed separately under the hosting provider’s retention practices.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a demo request. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your contact information, or stop contacting you. We may need to verify that a request comes from you and may retain information needed for a legal obligation or an active business relationship.

Website measurement is disabled when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” preference. These preferences do not prevent essential request handling or security logging.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the practices described here change. This notice covers the marketing website and demo contact process; a separately configured customer workspace may have different data handling requirements.
