Information needed for a conversation
The demo form asks for contact details and your line of work. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive customer records through it. Marketing analytics count visits and selected clicks without recording form contents or replaying your session.
Protected connections and restricted access
The public website uses HTTPS (TLS) to protect information in transit. Demo requests are stored separately from public page content and are available through an authenticated administrator view.
Private demo sessions use an authentication cookie and expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Private-login security records include IP addresses and login attempts, with bounded record counts to support review of suspicious access.
Checks before a request is accepted
Demo submissions are validated on the server. Request-origin checks help reject submissions from other websites, and rate limits slow repeated requests. Abuse controls use a short-lived hashed IP value; raw IP addresses are not written into the marketing analytics or demo-intake database.
Limited retention
Detailed marketing visit records expire after 24 hours and aggregate counts after 90 days; expired records are removed during routine cleanup. Unanswered or closed demo requests are removed after 365 days. Ongoing business correspondence is kept according to the needs of that relationship and applicable obligations.

Security questions or concerns
If you notice a possible security issue, describe what you observed and the page involved. Avoid including other people’s information or sensitive records in an initial message.
